PalmIII, M100 - Comming Soon.

This is a beta release of our Agent/Agency search configured to run with Wireless Internet Services. You can now look up information even when you are away from your office! This search contains all the information from our search on the website, however, we also realize that most wireless users have to pay for bandwidth on average .015 cents per character, so we have tried to make it as small as possible but still deliver you the information that you need.

Helpful Information:
We do not charge any additional fee's to use this service, however connection charges from your provider may or may not apply. If you are unsure, check with your service provider (Palm.net, OmniSky). You must have a wireless account for your device in order to connect to this service.If you do not have a wireless web account, you will not be able to connect to this service. 

PalmVII, III, Handspring Visor, M100 Users - You will need to download the required PQA configuration file for your Palm Device first by clicking on the appropriate link above. You can then install it by using your Palm desktop software and doing a hotsync from your PC.

OmniSky, YadaYada, Windows CE Users - WebClipping not available yet, however you may view the scaled down wireless version by using the following url with your wireless browsers: http://www.doi.state.ky.us/kentucky/wireless/agent/. This currently has not been tested with these devices.

Palm VII and Handspring Visor Users

After installing the required PQA, you will be able to click on the "Agent" icon on your Palm  device to access our system. Please keep in mind that this is ONLY A BETA. We will be making changes as necessary to keep the system up to date so it would be helpful to check back occasionally to see if there are any updates available.

If you are having problems conducting a search, check to make sure your wireless device is on, is online and your wireless account is active. If none of these apply you may contact DOIISHelpDesk@ky.gov
